As part of his official visit to Japan, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev is attending the ‘Central Asia + Japan’ Summit in Tokyo. The discussions aim to deepen bilateral ties and promote new areas of cooperation between the two countries.

Juro Baba, Senior Vice President of Mitsubishi Corporation, shared his assessment of the dialogue, highlighting Uzbekistan’s strategic importance in Central Asia. He stressed that Japanese companies see strong potential for expanding cooperation in innovation, industry, and infrastructure development.
