Management agreements were signed with all international airports of Uzbekistan at JSC Uzbekistan Airports with the participation of members of the company’s Supervisory Board.

Uzbekistan Airports JSC has become a single executive body for all airports. The tasks of the company include the implementation of the strategy for the development of domestic air harbors, the implementation of methodological guidance of their activities and the accumulation of financial flows for the implementation of projects for the development of airport infrastructure and the introduction of new technologies.

According to the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekistan Airports, Rano Jurayeva, the project has been implemented together with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Transport and the State Assets Management Agency of Uzbekistan. Amendments have been introduced to the charter of each airport, in their organizational and functional structures and staffing, labor incentives have been introduced based on KPI’s and aimed at increasing the salaries of employees.
