Journalists learn first aid in Ankara
The War Journalism Training, organized at the initiative of the Anadolu Agency, the Turkish National Police Academy, and the Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA), continues in Ankara.
The second day of the two-week program was dedicated to practical first aid in emergencies. Academy instructors demonstrated how to act effectively in the absence of medical equipment, medications, and instruments, using only available resources to save lives and prevent conditions from worsening.
At the workshop, assisting fractures, bleeding, burns, and the rules of artificial respiration were discussed.
After completing the exercises, journalists will receive certificates of completion of War Journalism Training.
