On June 9-14, 2022, a regular meeting of the working groups of Joint Uzbekistan – Tajikistan Demarcation Commission was held in Khujand, Tajikistan’s Sughd region.

Issues of passing the project demarcation line of Uzbekistan – Tajikistan State border were discussed during the talks, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

The meeting was held in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.

Following the event, a protocol was signed.

The next meeting will take place on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
