Javokhir Sindarov takes second place
Abu Dhabi hosted the 28th International Chess Festival.
148 chess players from 31 countries fought for victory.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Sports Development, Uzbekistan’s Javokhir Sindarov scored seven points out of nine and took second place. First place went to Arjun Erigaisi, who scored 7.5 points. The third place went to Jorden van Foreest from the Netherlands.
Nodirbek Yakubbayev (6.5 points) and Shamsiddin Vakhidov (6 points) also took part in the tournament.
