At the forum it was noted that from the first days of independence, the full support of young people has become one of the priorities of our state policy.

Cooperation of state and non-state non-profit organizations in the education of harmoniously developed young generation is effectively and efficiently. The resolution of the Head of our state “On additional measures for implementation of the state youth policy in the Republic of Uzbekistan” dated February 6, 2014, is the program document in this direction.

The IV Republican Forum “Young Professionals” serves to support the aspirations of young people for occupations, assist in the implementation of their innovative ideas, projects and developments, and strengthen the sense of belonging to the ongoing reforms in our country.

As part of the forum this year was carried out a three-stage competition “Most active young professional of the year” of which 6000 young professionals took part in the initial stages in 14 categories. The young people, who won the first three places in each category, were granted the right to participate in the IV Republican Forum “Young Professionals”.

At the forum, particular attention was paid to the projects of young professionals introduced in production, increasing production efficiency on their basis, the contribution of innovative projects to the development of the national economy. Unique projects of youth were identified. For example, a technologist of the production plant of JSC “Maxam-Chirchiq” Arsen Aliev in his project offers to use waste products for ammonia synthesis at the enterprises of JSC “Uzkimyosanoat” instead of imported metal rod.

Project of representative of OJSC “Navoiazot” Behzod Sheraliev will make it possible to significantly reduce energy consumption and production costs, using steam turbines in the production of large batches of ammonia and nitric acid products instead of electric engines.

The forum, conducted for the first time this year by the Federation of Trade Unions under the slogan “My life, my destiny - my native, unique Uzbekistan!”, and dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Independence of our Motherland, was also attended by the winners of the contest “Best owner of labor occupation”.

The forum participants laid flowers to the Monument of Independence and Humanism, and visited the attractions of the capital.

At the “Buston” sanatorium in Kibray district of Tashkent region was held the event “Who we were yestarday and who we have become today, what the lofty goals we must achieve tomorrow?”, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Independence of our country. At the event were heard reports concerning the development of the talents and abilities of young people, establishing of entrepreneurial activity, social and economic support for young personnel and improve their skills. Also were held exhibitions, devoted to the professional activity of young professionals, working in different sectors, as well as was conducted the presentation of advanced development projects of young professionals.

At the award ceremony at the Palace of Youth Creativity, senior lecturer of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute Jamshid Abdunazarov, associate professor of buildings and facilities faculty of the Tashkent Institute of Railway Transport Engineers Said Shoumarov and student of the Navbahor professional college of light industry in Navoi region Diyora Kahhorova were awarded with grants of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan.

The event ended with a concert program.
