A specialized school with in-depth study of computer science and information technology has been opened in Jizzakh.

The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of Uzbekistan K. Yuldashev, Hokim of Jizzakh region E. Saliyev, Deputy Minister of Public Education R. Karimjonov, Deputy Director of Unitel LLC S. Muhammadiyev and local youth.

The program is aimed at gaining knowledge and improving the skills of young people in programming and information-communication technologies. 

Teachers who were included in the top 100 of One Million Programmers project, Nanodegree grant holders, as well as students who showed the highest results while entering this specialized school, were also awarded at the event.
