A delegation led by the Chancellor of the Integral University of India, Syed Waseem Akhtar, arrived in Bukhara.
Members of the delegation visited the Karakul International School of Mathematics, examined the area allocated for the creation of an IT cluster.
Integral University is one of the prestigious higher education institutions in India. It was founded in 2004 in Lucknow. More than 650 professors, teachers, scientists and researchers work here. Over 9.8 thousand students study in the direction of architecture, computer knowledge, economics, commerce, culture and other educational programs. The university trains specialists in 17 educational areas of the undergraduate and 14 specialties of the master’s program.
Members of the delegation met with the Deputy Hokim of Bukhara region for investment and foreign trade Rizo Asadov, discussed cooperation issues in training highly qualified specialists in the development of software, management of information systems and computer networks, as well as in healthcare. The importance of introducing Indian best practices was noted.
