Issues of improving air quality monitoring efficiency discussed

At the international workshop “Tokyo LEADS”, held in Japan, participants discussed issues related to improving the air quality monitoring system and environmental management.

The event was attended by a delegation headed by Farrukh Sattarov, Director of the National Center for Climate Change under the National Committee for Ecology and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The event, organized by the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and the government of Japan, brought together scientists and experts from various countries to exchange experience.

Participants discussed modern approaches to policy analysis, the use of digital data and analytical platforms, and artificial intelligence technologies to improve the efficiency of air quality monitoring.

Mr. Sattarov presented information on measures to improve air quality in Uzbekistan.
