Uzbekistan delegation, consisting of representatives of analytical and scientific-academic circles, continues its working visit to Japan.

The experts include Bakhtiyor Mustafayev, the Deputy Director of the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On July 11 this year, a meeting was held with the Tokyo Foundation for Policy Research leadership and experts, a leading think tank in Japan conducting independent research on economics, environment, health, education, science, and technology since 1997.

In particular, productive negotiations took place with President Izumi Kadono, Executive Directors Mari Suzuki and Mieko Nakabayashi.

The parties exchanged views on expanding practical cooperation between Uzbekistan and Japan.

An agreement was reached to hold regular meetings and events with the participation of the two countries’ analytical centers.
