The Special Representative of the President of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan Ismatulla Irgashev has met with the Acting OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan, Ambassador Clemens Koja.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of interaction between Uzbekistan and the OSCE in the Afghan direction and exchanged views on the current situation in Afghanistan.

Ambassador Clemens Koja stressed Uzbekistan's significant role in providing humanitarian and other assistance to the Afghan people, as well as implementing various infrastructure projects in Afghanistan.
