Ambassador of Uzbekistan Nodirjon Turgunov met with Anasse Aissami, Director General for Country Programs of the Islamic Development Bank.

The parties discussed issues of enhancing cooperation between Uzbekistan and the Islamic Development Bank, concessional financing of large projects being developed in Uzbekistan, supporting women and youth, and attracting technical and humanitarian assistance.

Views were exchanged on the possibilities of financing projects in transport, logistics, education, agriculture and water management, ecology, livestock farming, and other areas.
