Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan Sherzod Shermatov met with representatives of Amazon Leo and discussed further development of bilateral cooperation on the introduction of satellite Internet services in the country.

Proposals were considered in accordance with the previously signed Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan and Amazon Leo. Special attention was paid to expanding service use among the population and leveraging advanced technologies. The parties exchanged views on the project’s economic efficiency.
