Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Estonia has held talks with the Rector of Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) Tiit Land.

Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Estonia, with the residence in Riga, Kadambay Sultanov, has held talks with the Rector of Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) Tiit Land.

The parties discussed prospects for enhancing interuniversity cooperation and building up educational exchanges between TalTech and higher education institutions of Uzbekistan.

Rector Tiit Land welcomed the ongoing reforms in the sphere of education in Uzbekistan. He emphasized the great potential that the parties have for building up cooperation between universities of the two countries.

An agreement was reached to organize, as the situation with COVID-19 improves, the visit of TalTech delegation to Uzbekistan to exchange views on practical issues of Uzbekistan – Estonia interuniversity cooperation.
