Representatives of international organizations and foreign guests who visit Uzbekistan to observe the upcoming July 9 Early Presidential Elections in the Republic of Uzbekistan are getting acquainted with the preparation process for the elections in Samarkand.

Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation Nikolay Bulaev and members of the Commission, deputies, and journalists from Russia and Thailand arrived at the Samarkand District Election Commission No. 7.

The Chairman of the Commission, H. Muhammadiyev, informed international observers about the election legislation of Uzbekistan and the features of the early elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Opinions were expressed about the election campaign in Samarkand region and the activities of the District Commission.

International observers visited the sights of the city.
