Foreign guests and international observers are also participating in the Presidential Elections in Fergana region.
Polling station No.927, located in Tashlak district, is full of voters. International observers from Singapore also visited here.
“I have been to Uzbekistan before, but I am participating in elections as an international observer for the first time”, said Thet Kyau, Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief of Asian Geographic Magazines (Singapore). – I visited several polling stations in Fergana region. The whole process is very well organized. Citizens freely exercise their rights.

The mood of the voters is excellent. Elections are transparent. I also toured the region’s sights while observing the electoral process. The locals are very hardworking and sincere. I was impressed by the traditions of national craftsmanship and the high morality of the people. I want to revisit the valley to work for creative purposes.
