On September 17-20, Nukus will host the Second Bakhshi International Art Festival. International Gastronomic Festival “99 different dishes from Aral fish” has kicked off on September 16 within the framework of the event.

Specialists in fish dishes, chefs from all regions of the country, districts and cities of Karakalpakstan are attending the event.

Chefs are preparing various fish dishes: pilaf, samsa, manti, soup, kebabs and others. The process is supervised by a jury that evaluates the skill of the chefs.

Winners of the International Gastronomic Festival will be identified soon.
