International financial organizations provide NMMC with an unsecured loan
For the first time in the history of Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company, it attracts long-term syndicated loans from international banks for five years.
According to the NMMC, the total cost of the agreement is $1.2 billion. Banks such as JP Morgan & Chase, Citi, Societe Generale, Credit Suisse, ICBC Standard, Halyk Bank and Deutsche Bank are involved in providing funds. The funds will be directed to the general corporate goals of the company and the financing of investment programs.
This is the first step taken by NMMC to develop cooperation with international financial markets and prepares the company for the placement of Eurobonds and shares in the future.
