The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan are holding the International Festival “Breath of Spring” in Tashkent.

As part of the festival program, the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan hosted an International Scientific and Practical Conference on “Issues of female instrumental performance”. It was attended by experts and musicologists from countries near and far abroad.

On May 13, the Grand Hall of the State Conservatory hosted the opening of the Brass Band Competition. About a thousand musicians from different regions of the country, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia, took part in it.

Following the festival, on May 13 at 19:00, a large-scale OPEN-Air concert will take place on the square in front of the main entrance to the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan.
