The International Festival of Children’s Theaters +IT “Children of the 21st Century”, held for the first time in Uzbekistan, is full of bright and unforgettable events.
As part of the festival, memorandums were signed between the Republican Theater for Young Spectators of Uzbekistan and the Belarusian State Academic Young Spectator’s Theatre, as well as between the Republican Theater for Young Spectators of Uzbekistan and the Azerbaijan State Theater of Young Spectators.

The memorandums provide for the development of creative cooperation, the holding of international festivals and forums, the exchange of experience, and the strengthening of friendly ties. The main objectives are to create productions using modern computer technologies on themes relevant to modern audiences, to establish creative cooperation and healthy competition, and to exchange experience in training young artists.

“The international festival is being held at the highest level and has exceeded our expectations”, said Zulfiya Khamrayeva, Director of the Republican Theater for Young Spectators of Uzbekistan, holder of the “Soglom Avlod Uchun” Order of second degree. “Foreign colleagues liked the nature, people, and art of Uzbekistan. One of the festival’s main goals was to establish exchanges with creative teams from other countries, and this happened. I hope our multifaceted cooperation will continue. In turn, we will strive to make a worthy contribution to the further development of Uzbek theatrical art”.
