A group of specialists from Uzbekistan participated in the international conference on “Digital Government and Identifying Priority Areas of Digital Transformation” organized in Almaty in cooperation with the UN, Astana Hub, and the National Information Society Agency of the Republic of Korea.

The participants heard reports from experts from 15 countries: Kazakhstan, the Republic of Korea, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Laos, Mongolia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam.

The event participants shared their experience developing electronic government services, discussed best practices and trends in digital government, and identified ways for further cooperation.

The conference became an essential platform for exchanging experiences and establishing international ties in the digitalization of government services.
