At the initiative of the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, an International Scientific and Practical Conference was organized on “Central Asia: Law, History and Current State”.

The conference, held jointly with the Institute of State History of the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and several other organizations, was attended by leading scientists of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan – lawyers, historians, political scientists.

Scientific reports were heard. A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed as part of the conference.

As noted, the conference, held at a high organizational and scientific level, will further strengthen the traditional friendly ties between scientists of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
