Representatives of more than 120 companies from 18 countries, such as Russia, China, Turkey, South Korea, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, India, Iran, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Germany, heads of more than 200 economic entities from all the regions of the country are attending the forum.

Within the framework of the forum, an exhibition of food products is being held, where every district and city, large enterprises of the region organized their own pavilion. Negotiations on conclusion of cooperation agreements were held.

As a result of the first day of the forum, a briefing was held. It was noted that more than 180 investors were offered investment projects worth more than $1 billion and contracts worth $350 million were concluded.

The International Business Forum will continue its work on September 11. Investors will visit places where they will become acquainted with opportunities for projects implementation.

At the opening ceremony of the forum, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Z.Mirzayev, khokim of Bukhara region U.Barnoyev delivered a speech.
