Director of the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azamat Ziyo met with Pamukkale University Rector Ahmet Kutluhan.

According to the Academy of Sciences, the parties discussed the further development of cooperation, the preparation and implementation of joint scientific projects, the study of Uzbek and Turkic histories, and the organization of joint scientific forums. The main attention was paid to the issues of personnel training. It was noted that the implementation of the program of bilateral exchange of specialists and young personnel is of current importance.

Following the meeting, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Institute of History and Pamukkale University.
