Tashkent hosted the first Uzbekistan – China Forum “Innovative approaches to the early childhood development”.

A conference was held within the framework of the event, and the first steps were outlined to organize the joint production of educational games and toys in Uzbekistan.

The forum has become an effective platform for the exchange of experience between specialists in pre-school education and establishment of cooperation between Uzbekistan and China businesspeople.

Participants of the forum discussed the possibility of organizing a joint Uzbekistan – China enterprise for production of educational games, toys and gaming equipment, became familiar with the PRC educational process and discussed current issues in preschool education.

The forum was attended by representatives of ministries and agencies, China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, international organizations and diplomatic corps, heads of state, private and PPP-based preschool education institutions, as well as Uzbekistan and China entrepreneurs.

Innovative approaches to the early childhood development

Development of preschool education in China, monitoring the comprehensibility of mathematical knowledge and formation of the ability to work in a team was discussed at the conference.

Following the negotiations, Memorandums of Understanding were signed between the Innovation Center for Information and Pedagogical Technologies under the Ministry of Preschool Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and various Chinese companies producing toys, educational games, playgrounds, furniture, and multimedia content.

Cooperation between Uzbekistan and China will be established in preschool education in the form of visiting sessions for staff development, organization of scholarship programs and the possibility of obtaining academic degrees.
