The University of World Economy and Diplomacy hosted a meeting with members of the delegation led by the Vice-Chairperson of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Agency, Mardani Ali Sera.

At the meeting, which was attended by university professors and students, the parties discussed the current state of Uzbekistan – Indonesia relations, including the prospects for cooperation in economy, politics, culture, tourism. The guests were particularly interested in the work carried out in Uzbekistan in the sector of tourism, the huge opportunities created for its development, as well as visiting the historical monuments of the country.

Members of the delegation made an interesting presentation about Indonesia. University students also took an active part in the dialogue about the present day of this country and its cultural heritage sites.
