Jakarta hosted various events within the framework of celebration of the 28th anniversary of Independence Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
On August 31 – September 3, 2019, Jakarta hosted various events within the framework of celebration of the 28th anniversary of Independence Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
On August 31, a master class with participation of famous Uzbek chef Bakhriddin Chustiy was held at Modena Company’s Exhibition Hall.
Uzbek national costumes were shown during the master class.
Then guests were invited to a musical concert performed by Uzbekistan’s honored artist Milena Matmusayeva and other artists.
The event was attended by representatives of diplomatic corps, business community and leading mass media of Indonesia.
On September 2, Uzbekistan creative group attended two television talk shows of one of the largest media groups “Transmedia”.
Representatives of Uzbekistan tourism industry attended Islamic Tourism Expo 2019 to promote Uzbekistan in Indonesia.
The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Jakarta continues to actively promote the culture and tourism potential of Uzbekistan.
