Large-scale efforts are being made in Uzbekistan to develop the tourism sector. Modern projects play a crucial role in this process. Like all country regions, Namangan region is also actively working to enhance its tourism potential.
One of the newest additions contributing to the region’s growing appeal is the Imran Palace Hotel, which has recently opened in Davlatabad district.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Hokim of Namangan region and member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, Shavkat Abdurazzakov, emphasized the importance of the service sector in the regional economy. He noted that it plays a significant role in increasing employment and income levels, and the opening of new hotels clearly indicates the sector’s advancement to a new level.
The new hotel, built with an investment of 15 billion UZS, stands out for its modern architecture and high comfort level. A bank loan of 3 billion UZS was attracted to the construction. In the first phase, 35 rooms with a total capacity of 70 guests were put into operation, creating 20 permanent jobs.

Imran Palace offers optimal conditions not only for international and local tourists but also for businesspeople, international partners, and guests visiting the valley. The hotel is distinguished by its modern design, high-quality service, and convenient location.

“The rapid development of the tourism sector in Namangan region is contributing to the expansion of service infrastructure”, says Botirjon Nuriddinov, Deputy Hokim of the region. For comparison, seven years ago, only 13 hotels and hostels were operating in the region, whereas today, their number has reached 45. By the end of 2025, two more hotels with a total capacity of 120 guests are expected to be launched”.
Implementing such promising projects will positively impact the national economy, improve the quality of tourism services, and contribute to increasing employment.
