Agreements and memoranda have been signed with Chinese entrepreneurs.

According to the Head of the region’s Press Service Akmal Binokulov, a memorandum was signed with China’s Qingdao Luhai Grain Oil Co. Ltd. on the construction of a plant for the production of tractors and combines for agricultural needs with a capacity of 20 to 400 horsepower in Jizzakh FEZ. The total cost of the project will be $ 600 million.

At a meeting with the Deputy Mayor of Tianjin Li Wenhai, Jizzakh Region’s Hokim Ergash Soliyev informed about the socio-economic and investment potential of the region, investment projects in the automotive industry, textile and construction industries, agriculture, and tourism. The guests were informed about the city’s possibilities. Then, the delegation participated in business forums in Qingdao and Hebei, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, and Shandong provinces. Memoranda were signed on the construction of wellness areas, modern hotels, an eco-garden, sports complexes, the production of medicines, furniture, modern cars, and metal processing.
