The public foundation unites representatives of creative intelligentsia of the country around a common goal and contributes to their well-coordinated work.

At the event, the Executive Director of Ilkhom Public Foundation Z.Rizayev informed about the foundation’s activities, noted that its main tasks are to allocate funds for development of culture, art and journalism in the country, to implement relevant programs and projects in this sphere, to provide targeted material assistance to veterans who have made a worthy contribution to development of the sphere and are members of these organizations and others.

It was emphasized that the foundation allocated 1.1 billion UZS for development of the material and technical base of creative unions, another 1.1 billion UZS (in the form of subsidies) from the State budget for the payment of wages to employees of their regional departments. 1.4 billion UZS was also allocated for holding competitions, various creative and memorable evenings in journalism, music, and visual arts.
