IICA to host an International Conference
On June 17, the International Institute for Central Asia is planning to hold a conference on the “Shanghai Cooperation Organization: From Central Asia to Eurasia”, timed to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the SCO Charter.
The event is organized by the International Institute for Central Asia jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The conference is expected to be attended by national coordinators of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization countries, representatives of the Executive Committee of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure and the SCO Secretariat, leading experts of analytical structures of Central Asian countries, Russia, China, India, Pakistan, Iran, Belarus, representatives of diplomatic missions of foreign countries accredited in Tashkent, ministries and agencies of Uzbekistan.
