Director of International Institute for Central Asian (IICA) Anvar Nasirov has met with the Director of the Institute of Asian and African Countries at Lomonosov Moscow State University, Igor Abylgaziyev, in Moscow.

The parties signed a Cooperation Agreement.

According to IICA, the agreement provides for joint political, economic, water-environmental, historical-cultural and humanitarian studies, as well as forums, workshops, conferences, roundtable discussions, briefings and consultations between experts of the two institutes.

An agreement was reached on the preparation of a roadmap, which will identify specific topics of cooperation in these areas.
