The delegation of Samarkand region arrived in Hungary, where a meeting was held with representatives of Hungarian tourism industry.

At the meeting, the parties agreed on essential issues to increase the flow of Hungarian tourists to Uzbekistan. It was decided to develop cooperation by developing and promoting travel packages that include destinations of interest to Hungarian tourists and close collaboration with Hungarian bloggers and journalists.

The delegates became familiar with the activities of Hungarian museums and opportunities for tourists. An agreement was also reached on holding the Samarkand Museums Days in Hungary and exporting Uzbek handicrafts to this country.
