On May 24, Tashkent hosted a presentation of the online platform “Human Dignity” and the collection “New Uzbekistan Development Strategy for 2022-2026”, organized by the Development Strategy Center.
The presentation was attended by representatives of ministries, agencies, NGOs and civil society institutions responsible for the implementation of the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy, as well as ambassadors of foreign countries, heads of international organizations and experts.
At the event, the online platform “Human Dignity” was presented. Detailed information was provided about the mechanism of its work and the expected results.
Through the online platform davlatdasturi.uz, the population can get acquainted in detail with the implementation of the tasks outlined in state programs, express their opinion, suggestions or disagreement regarding work in one direction or another.
Then the presentation of the collection “New Uzbekistan Development Strategy for 2022-2026” took place, which includes 100 goals of 7 priority areas outlined in the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy.
Local and foreign experts expressed their opinions about the presented collection and platform.
The Minister for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications Sherzod Shermatov and Director of the Agency for Information and Mass Communications under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Asajon Khodjayev noted that the role of the media needs to be strengthened and expanded for the widespread use of digital technologies in the implementation of the Development Strategy, establishing a mechanism for exchanging data between responsible ministries and agencies, bringing to the public the results.
Following the event, it was reported that the platform will be improved by the Development Strategy Center, while serious attention will be paid to the opinion of the general public.
