As of January 1, 2021, the number of vehicles owned by individuals in the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 2 955 295 units. This is 14.5 % more than in 2020, State Statistics Committee reports.

This means that on average 50 out of 100 households have a car, that is, there are 84 cars per 1000 people in Uzbekistan.
