In January-March 2024, 1,263 thousand citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan traveled to foreign countries for tourism.

According to the Statistics Agency, their number increased by 365.6 thousand people, or 40.7%, compared to the corresponding period last year.

The number of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who traveled to foreign countries for tourism purposes in January-March of the current year by country:

Kyrgyz Republic – 559.1 thousand people;

Tajikistan – 260.8 thousand people;

Kazakhstan – 184.1 thousand people;

Saudi Arabia – 70.6 thousand people;

Russia – 50.3 thousand people;

UAE – 38.5 thousand people;

Türkiye – 34.4 thousand people;

Kuwait – 13.8 thousand people;

Egypt – 8.2 thousand people;

Thailand – 6.2 thousand people;

Other countries – 37.1 thousand people.
