In January-November 2023, 38,950 citizens from the People’s Republic of China visited Uzbekistan for tourism purposes, the Statistics Agency reports.

The primary purposes of travel for citizens from the People’s Republic of China entering Uzbekistan in 11 months of 2023:

Rest and leisure – 32,693 people;

Official – 4,387 people;

Commercial – 916 people;

Visiting relatives – 556 people;

Other goals – 398 people.
