In January-July 2024, 9,600 Azerbaijani citizens visited the Republic of Uzbekistan for tourism.

According to the Statistics Agency, this indicator has increased by 1.6 thousand people or 19.8% compared to the corresponding period of 2023.

Citizens of Azerbaijan who visited the Republic of Uzbekistan in January-July 2024 are divided according to the purpose of the trip as follows:

Rest – 5,657 people;

Visiting relatives – 3,362 people;

Official – 543 people;

Treatment – 9 people;

Study – 3 people.
