Kazakhstan hosts AMEN Animation Film Festival dedicated to International Animation Day, which is celebrated annually on October 28.

The festival demonstrates works based on innovative technologies and modern programs. This year, Uzbekistan delegation presents the “House on Wheels” cartoon, shot by the order of Uzbekistan Cinematography Agency. The scriptwriter is Dmitry Vlasov, film director – Aziz Muhammedov, composer – Jamshid Izamov.

In 2020, Dmitry Vlasov's animated film “Stream” became the winner of the festival in the nomination “Best Production Designer”.
