The Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan is implementing an international project featuring Academy Award winner and legendary Hollywood actor Ben Kingsley.

As part of the project, more than ten short documentary films will be produced, dedicated to the lives of great scholars and ulama who made invaluable contributions to the development of history, culture, and science. The films are designed for an international audience and are planned to be showcased on leading global media platforms.

According to the Center for Islamic Civilization of Uzbekistan, the first stage of the project has already included the filming of a video featuring Ben Kingsley. In the subsequent phases, other world-renowned actors and cultural figures are expected to join the project, creating an opportunity to present to global audiences the unique legacy of Islamic civilization.

The project aims to strengthen international cultural dialogue and promote Uzbekistan as a cradle of ancient civilizations, a land of science, culture, and enlightenment, in line with the initiatives of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
