In the process of monitoring cultural heritage sites in the capital, employees of the Prosecutor’s Office of the city of Tashkent and the City Department of Cultural Heritage discovered a historical jug.

It was found on the territory of the Tuqay-Tepa archaeological site, located at the junction of Qibray district of Tashkent region and Yashnabad district in the city of Tashkent.

The jug is 80 cm high and 188 cm in diameter. It is noteworthy that the vessel is in good condition. The find was given to the State Museum of History of Uzbekistan.

The scientific team of the museum determines the time of the creation of the jug.
