Ample opportunities are being created in Uzbekistan for the development of small and private businesses and support for entrepreneurial activities.

As a result, the number of enterprises and the volume of products they produce increase yearly. As part of the localization program, several enterprises supplying components for cars produced at GM Uzbekistan and import-substituting products are expanding. These include a plant for producing plastic products within the structure of Techno Innovator LLC operating in “Naymanabad” mahalla of Andijan district. Almost 200 types of plastic products are produced here, as well as components for various brands of cars produced in Uzbekistan.

At first, the plant had only two machines, and five workers were engaged in producing plastic boxes. Increasing production volume year after year, they began producing plastic car parts. Over the past years, particular experience has been accumulated, product quality has been improved, and production volume has been increased. The plant has modern equipment installed. They produce plastic parts for cars based on agreements with joint ventures LLC Climate Control, GM Uzbekistan, and Uz Dong Yang.

“Every day, we process one hundred tons of raw materials, of which 20 tons are secondary”, says Shokhrukh Mirzayev, manager of Techno Innovator LLC. “Last year, we produced products worth 15 billion UZS, seven billion of which were exported to Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan”.

Particular attention is paid to product quality, controlled by qualified specialists. The products are in demand not only in the domestic market but also in the foreign market. Factors in the success achieved are the application of advanced work methods, the effective use of modern technologies, employee support, and stimulation.

The plant employs 90 people. All conditions have been created for efficient work.
