Health benefits of persimmon

Persimmons also ripen in autumn. They contain a lot of potassium and magnesium. It is useful for strengthening the heart muscle and blood vessels, is a good diuretic, so it is recommended for people prone to swelling.
Persimmons usually have a bright or dark brown color. The taste of the fruit also depends on the number of brown stripes on the peel: the more stripes, the tastier. A ripe persimmon is jelly-like, and if black dots and spots appear on it, this indicates that the fruit is starting to deteriorate.
