The delegation led by the Head of the OSCE/ODIHR mission Albert Jónsson visited the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court R. Makhmudova informed the members of the delegation about the norms of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Referendum”.

The procedure for considering complaints against decisions of referendum commissions in court was discussed.

The guests got also acquainted with the terms and procedure for considering complaints against the actions (decisions) of referendum commissions by administrative courts established by the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Proceedings.
