Judoka Diyora Keldiyorova brought the first gold medal to the Uzbekistan team. In the weight category of up to 52 kilograms, she beat the UAE representative Birshelt Khorlodoi and won the Asian Games.

The Uzbekistan delegation has one gold, one bronze, and three silver medals.
