Our compatriot was awarded the highest award at the 24th Conference of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World, held in Ashgabat.

Representatives from more than 70 countries took part in the event. Following the conference, for their significant contribution to the activities of the Association, services in bringing the culture, literature, and history of the Turkmen people to other peoples of the world, developing friendly ties with the Turkmens of the world, as well as in connection with the 32nd Anniversary of the Independence of Turkmenistan, a group of participants were awarded honorary awards of this countries. Among them is the head of the Turkmen National Cultural Center of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Rejep Avezov, who was awarded the highest award – the “Ynsanperwerligiň sarpasy” (“Respect for Humanism”) badge.

The award was solemnly presented by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
