Gulistan Business City leadership has developed a concept for the construction of a modern business center in Gulistan.

New business center with a total area of 70 hectares will include modern multi-storey buildings, social facilities such as schools, museums, sports and medical centers, banks, hotels, government agencies, offices, consumer services and service centers, entertainment facilities, alleys and cinemas.

In addition, new facilities will be equipped with advanced technologies, connected to smart home system, based on the latest innovative developments in security and optimization of utility costs. 

Currently, the leadership creates all the necessary conditions for attracting foreign investors.
