Members of the Karabakh Mugham Group of the International Mugham Center of Azerbaijan – People’s Artists Mansum Ibragimov and Elchin Gashimov, Honored Artist Elnur Ahmedov and drummer Vusal Bayramov visited the Azerbaijan Cultural Center named after Heydar Aliyev in Uzbekistan.

The guests laid flowers at the monument to the great leader of the state in front of the building.

Director of the Center Samir Abbasov informed about the activities of the Center. The complex was opened in 2010 during the visit of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to Uzbekistan.

According to Azerbaijan Cultural Center named after Heydar Aliyev, the guests got acquainted with the Heydar Aliyev Museum, the Museums of the History of Azerbaijani Statehood, and the Azerbaijan – Uzbekistan Friendship.

Mr. Abbasov informed about the materials reflecting different periods of the life and activities of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, photographic documents immortalizing his meetings with the heads of state, maps of Azerbaijan from different periods, historical documents, outstanding personalities.
