The Google LLC mobile application has been registered with tax in Uzbekistan. Now, when using the services of the company, we also need to take into account VAT at the rate of 15 percent.

According to the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, since the beginning of 2020, foreign legal entities that sell services and goods in electronic form in Uzbekistan are recognized as taxpayers in terms of such services provided to individuals. To this end, the tax department created a VAT office that allows foreign internet companies operating in Uzbekistan to register and start paying taxes.

In previous years, subsidiaries of Google – Google Commerce Limited and Google Ireland Limited were also registered in the country.
