Frankfurt am Main hosted talks between Uzbekistan diplomats and representatives of the German machine-building company Lyma GmbH.

According to Dunyo IA, the parties discussed the possibilities of establishing legal labor migration, providing decent working conditions and living conditions for Uzbekistan citizens in Germany.

At the meeting, Uzbekistan diplomats were informed about the working and living conditions of the company’s employees. For foreign citizens, the company purchased a hotel, as well as a multi-storey building for living with families.

The leadership of the company welcomed the reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan, expressed the readiness to consider the possibility of attracting workers from Uzbekistan with the prospect of increasing recruitment, taking into account the planned expansion of production capacities.

The parties agreed on further elaboration of the discussed issues and expressed hope for fruitful cooperation.
